Summer Renewal: Yin Yoga + Reiki + Amethyst Crystal Meditation

Join me for a peaceful 2-hour workshop designed to help you release tension, reset your energy, and align with the vibrant energy of summer.

We’ll begin with hot drinks and a gentle grounding, then move into a restorative yin yoga practice with Reiki healing. We’ll finish with a guided amethyst crystal meditation to support calm, clarity, and emotional balance — helping to soothe an active mind and bring a sense of inner alignment during the more outward energy of summer.
