Join me for a peaceful 2-hour workshop designed to help you release tension, reset your energy, and welcome new beginnings this spring.

We’ll begin with hot drinks and a gentle grounding, then move into a restorative yin yoga practice with Reiki healing. We’ll finish with a guided crystal meditation to set a clear intention for the season ahead.
