Hi, I’m Charlotte. I launched my professional career in high-pressure sales roles, accumulating over 15 years of experience in London and the North West of England. I've had the privilege of working with major brands like Coca-Cola, Phillips, Schwarzkopf, Henkel, Moroccanoil, Olaplex and Color Wow.
However, my deep-rooted love of yoga, which began in my teenage years, became a lifeline when I felt overworked and burnt out, clocking up to 55 hours a week with long commutes and constant appointments. I returned to my yoga practice to slow down and improve my mental well-being, which, in turn, enhanced my job performance. This led me on an 18-month journey with Yogacampus, where I delved into the deeper aspects of yoga, learning how to help others unwind, reconnect with themselves, and build strength and flexibility. My studies continued with over 140 additional hours in Yin Yoga training with Gaby Mass and Norman Blair. This experience introduced a new dimension to my teaching, enabling me to guide students in calming their minds, working with their energy channels, and improving physical flexibility and mobility by focusing on their connective tissues. I also trained with Judith Hanson Lasater, studying her “The Pelvis Is Everything” approach, and completed Jason Crandell’s Sequence 2.0 London immersion at Mission Yoga Studio.
When I teach yoga classes, I witness a profound transformation in my students from the moment they enter the studio to the time they leave. Their stress levels decrease, their nervous systems relax, and their overall well-being improves. Students often report enhanced mental clarity, reduced reactivity, and greater creativity, along with improved flexibility and reduced joint stiffness.
Alongside my yoga practice, I am also a certified NASM personal trainer, having worked at Gold’s Gym in Long Beach, California. While living in Long Beach, I was introduced to the world of Crystals and completed Reiki Levels One and Two, deepening my holistic healing practice. I am also a certified health educator through the California College of Ayurveda, the sister science of yoga. My passion for wellness extends to my local community, where I lead weekly yoga and meditation classes on the Fylde Coast, helping others find balance and harmony in their lives.
