Yin Yoga at Yoga Blackpool

This practice encourages you to slow down, relax, and look inward, helping to reduce stress and replenish your energy.

Yin Yoga also offers additional benefits such as enhanced flexibility, improved circulation, a calmer nervous system, better posture, reduced tension, and improved sleep quality.

To avoid waiting in the cold, please note that doors will open at 7:05 PM as there is a class before yours. If possible, I will try to open them a little earlier at 7:00 PM.
